Mobile Product Manager & Product Owner
for Babolat, the world leader in Tennis.

4+ years' experience in digital with a strong expertise in IoT in sports, especially in tennis and mobile user experiences.

Starting as a Digital Project Manager in Infostrates (Marseille, France), moved to Babolat HQ (Lyon, France) in Digital Products and Services department as Digital Project Coordinator, progressed to Digital Project Manager, and until 2016 as Mobile Product Manager & Product owner.

I’m currently leading an Agile external team to provide and improve continuously the Babolat app, a new tennis experience that allows passionate tennis players all around the world to live their tennis life at any time, to share with their community, and to benefit from exclusive services.

Agile Development

Ability to work in an Agile environment providing the product vision to the executive management and other departments, creating and maintaining the product backlog, participating and animating Agile meetings, defining the roadmap, and leading, managing and collaborating with cross-functional teams, business partners and stakeholders.

Mobile Apps

Perfect expertise of mobile native app development constraints, guidelines, gestures, assets and best practices.
Use of the Apple and Google Play platforms to manage the apps: publishing new app releases and managing screenshots, release notes and customer reviews.

Softwares & Tools

Softwares and tools I daily use: Slack (real-time messaging), Redmin/Jira (issue tracking system), MockingBot (prototyping/wireframing), Zendesk (customer service tool), HockeyApp (beta app distribution), Azetone (UX analytics), Evernote, Feedly, Trello, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Powerpoint.

IoT in sports

I had the opportunity to test many connected objects (Apple, Fitbit, Misfit, Jawbone, Xaomi, Zepp, Fossil...) and to attend to the Consumer Electronics Show 2017 (CES).
Technophile and naturally curious, I also make a daily technological and competitive watch to keep myself up to date.

Digital Marketing

Knowledge of global market trend, create user personas, estimate the minimum viable product, define marketing strategies and plans, develop viable economic models, lead ideation workshops and collect the needs and requirements of stakeholders.

Tennis expert

Good understanding of tennis market and competitors: player needs and habits, market trend, competitors strategies, brand positionings, products and services offers.
3+ years' experience in tennis market with some proximities to tennis players and with a strong profesional network.

Analytics, KPI's and User testing

Definition, monitoring and analysis of KPI's with Google Analytics & Azetone platforms to measure project success and validate/adjust features.
In charge of the UAT and the management of an external digital testing company.
Co-supervise the stakeholder interviews and testings.

UX/UI Design

UX/UI sensitive and be aware of the latest mobile trends and guidelines. I'm able to deliver prototypes, user flows and wireframes (proficiency in MockingBot/Flairbuilder) and manage external designers.

Multidisciplinary background

My first professional experiences as a trainee Developer and as a trainee Communication Coordinator have given me various additional skills very useful today.
